Dancing through India

It’s time to get up and groove! Ajna Dance Company, the premiere performing arts organization

celebrating South Asian culture on the East Coast, brings Dances of India to ICC! Travel around the different regions of India by learning their style of dance, including folk, Bollywood, and classical styles. Before you embark on your journey, color and personalize your very own passport containing facts and cultural clues to guide you on your trip. As you travel to each region, you’ll learn steps from each dance style and dance along. After you complete each dance, collect a stamp in your passport to track your adventure across the subcontinent. Snacks will be served.
