Designed to spark curiosity and cultural appreciation, each India Express session encourages children to learn through play and discovery. In recognition of America’s 250th anniversary, this season highlights prolific Indian Americans to showcase the immense contributions of Indian Americans to the progress of our nation.
"A Journey to the Stars"
September 27, 10:30 AM Move through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutation) flows in a yoga experience designed for children. Journey into the solar system to discover India’s groundbreaking contributions to astronomy, then come back to Earth to meet pioneering Indian astronauts who continued India's legacy here in the United States.
"Celebrate Navratri" October 25, 10:30 AM Celebrate Navratri through a high-energy garba dance class with dandiya raas and festive props that bring rhythm and movement to life. Create Navratri-inspired symbols from different regions of India, stepping into rich traditions filled with color, craft, music, and joy.
