ICC's third and final fall cooking event goes to Kerala, home of The Covenant of Water, with chef Rajni Menon who will show guests how to cook with coconut and cardamom, the signature flavors of Kerala.

About the Event

Rajni Menon is a private chef, who like Big Ammachi in The Covenant of Water, learned how to cook in the Kerala kitchen of the home where she grew up.  In Kerala, coconut, cardamon, and fish are stars.  Chef Menon trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, NY and got  hands on experience at  Michelin-starred chef Jean George’s restaurant kitchen.  The two-hour demo will include  hor d'oeurves, a Kerala cooking demonstration with tastings, dessert, and wine.  Space is limited to 30 people.
