About the Event
Interested in participating in My Story Our Future? Come learn more about the program from the workshop facilitators and past participants. No commitment required. Dinner will be served. Parents are welcome to stay.
In collaboration with Greenwich Historical Society and UConn's Asian and Asian American Institute, ICC presents the fourth cohort of My Story Our Future, running from September 2025 through February 2026. MSOF is an 8-week workshop where ICC teens explore South Asian identity, learn oral history methods, and participate in a curatorial workshop. The program culminates in a public exhibition showcasing the teens' curatorial work and the outcomes of their oral history projects, including interviews that are published on Spotify and contribute to CT's API curriculum standards for K–12 schools.
